Kan-Tor & Acco provide assistance to Chamber Members

30.3.2020) Kan-Tor & Acco is a Global Corporate Immigration Law firm that provide, dealing, among its services, on a daily basis for years, in counseling and obtaining work permits for foreign workers and specialists who are required for Israel to carry out regular tasks, projects and senior management positions.

Following the Corona epidemic and the closing of the sky for foreign entry, almost completely, Kan-Tor & Acco receives inquiries from companies employing foreign experts on questions related to obtaining new permits and extensions of existing permits for essential workers.

According to Attorney Zvi Kan-Tor, chairperson of the Chamber Visa Committee, there are unique sectors in the economy (mainly energy, gas and oil rigs, medical services, banking and security) that government ministries understand and allow their workers entry or stay in Israel, sometimes with permit of exceptional entry, under special insulation conditions. Kan-Tor & Acco works with the appropriate government offices to resolve these special requests.

In Addition, the current reality has created another problem for companies - the need for housing solutions for foreign experts who need to stay in isolation (housing, nutrition, medicine, etc.). Kan-Tor & Acco will also be able to recommend solutions to solve this problem.

Kan-Tor & Acco offers free counseling service to Chamber members in such cases an attempt to resolve the complications.
