As of 2011, Karin Mayer Rubinstein has been serving as the CEO of the IATI (Israel Advanced Technology Industries(.
IATI is Israel's umbrella organization for the high tech and life science industries (www.iati.co.il) which represents over 700 members from every level and aspect of the industry: R&D centers of multi-national companies, local and international venture capital funds, entrepreneurs, start-ups, incubators, accelerators, private investors, tech transfer companies and service providers.
In early 2008 Karin served at Herzog Fox & Neeman Law Office (HFN), Israel's largest law firm, as the VP Business Development & Marketing. Prior to this, for 9 years she served as a Senior Partner at Efrati Galili & Co. One of the premier commercial law firms in Israel.
Karin has been requested to take part, as a steering committee member and a keynote speaker , of leading global events and conferences, as well as represent Israeli in countries including Atlanta, Greece, Korea, South America, Austria, Hungary, US, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, England, and more.
Karin is regularly asked to sit as a jury member in leading technology competitions and awards world-wide. In the last couple of years Karin was a judge in the IATI, Mastercard & Citi Tech Award for Fintech companies, Microsoft Israel's Innovate For Good, Women. Innovation. Technology Israel, Atlas Awards for Best Israeli Startup, http://mastersofcode.com/ 2015, Startup Battle Korea, HackGenY 2015 contest, Impact Investing Israel 2015, Innovex 2016, and more. Karin has been involved in initiating and managing a few world unique hackathon contests with local MNCs R&D centers.
Karin lectures on entrepreneurship at the MBA Program for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. She is a Member of the Board of Governance of Tel Aviv University, a Director in the Israel-America Chamber Of Commerce, and a member of the Search Committe of the new Israeli National Authority for Technology and Innovation. She is a Member of the Advisory Board of She Codes, and a Member of the advisory Board of Hamitham Accelerator of the Academic College of Tel Aviv.
