Tel Aviv, June 15th, 2022. As part of the Annual Conference on the Development of Human Capital in Engineering hosted by the Afeka College of Engineering for the 7th consecutive year, Oded Rose, AmCham CEO hosted a panel of three CEOs of AmCham key members. Oren Sagi, CEO of Cisco Israel, and Daniel Melka, CEO of IBM Israel, both AmCham Board members, together with Yaron Sverdlov, Service Group CTO & Digital Division General Manager at Amdocs spoke of and gave numerous examples of how ESG is quickly becoming central on the CEOs' and their top management agendas. This is no longer "Greenwashing" but a necessity formed by wishes of their employees, their customers, business partners and the change in the regulatory environment. AmCham Israel's Sustainability Forum addresses many of the ESG and sustainability gaps and challenges by bringing the business sector and goverment together for round tables and work groups.
